Terms of Use

These are the rules for using ReelTori. By opening the app you accept them. They are written to be read, not to be skipped.
Who we are
ReelTori is operated by Alfafre Studios, based in Nigeria (“we”, “us”). Contact: alfafrestudios.info@gmail.com.
Who may use it
ReelTori is written for adults. You must be at least 13 to use the app, and at least 18 to buy coins or a VIP membership, because buying requires the legal capacity to enter a contract. If you are under 18 and someone else’s payment method is on your Google account, you need their permission before you spend anything.
Your account
ReelTori creates an anonymous account for you automatically. You are responsible for the device it sits on: anyone who can unlock your phone can spend your coins. We have no way to recover an account from a lost or wiped phone, because we hold nothing that identifies you — this is the cost of not asking for your details, and it is worth being clear about it before it happens.
Coins and bonus coins
Coins are how episodes are unlocked. You get them by buying them, by watching reward ads, or from daily check-ins and other tasks.
- Coins are a limited licence to unlock episodes inside ReelTori. They are not money, not a deposit, and not property. They have no cash value.
- Coins cannot be transferred to another person or another account, and cannot be exchanged for money.
- Purchased coins do not expire. Bonus coins — the extra ones that come with a pack, and the ones earned from ads and tasks — may expire, and the app shows you when.
- We may change how many coins an episode costs. We will not take away an episode you have already unlocked.
- If you delete your account, any coins left are destroyed and are not refunded.
VIP membership
A VIP membership gives you access to the episodes it covers for as long as it lasts. It is sold through Google Play and renews automatically until you cancel it.
You cancel in the Google Play Store — open Play, go to Subscriptions, and cancel there. Cancelling stops the next charge; it does not shorten the period you have already paid for, and it does not refund it. We cannot cancel it for you, because we do not control Google’s billing.
Payments and refunds
Everything is sold through Google Play, in your own currency, at the price Google shows you before you confirm. We never see your card details.
Refunds are Google’s to give, not ours. Ask through the Google Play Store or at Google Play Help. We have no ability to reverse a Google Play charge.
Because coins are delivered to your account immediately, they are treated as consumed on delivery and are not refundable by us. None of this affects any right to a refund you have under Nigerian consumer law, or under the law where you live, which we do not try to exclude.
If coins you paid for do not arrive, that is a fault and not a refund question. Open the Store and tap Restore; the app asks Google what you own and credits anything outstanding. If that does not fix it, email us with the Google order number and we will sort it out.
The stories
Everything in ReelTori — the videos, the artwork, the scripts, the name and the app itself — belongs to us or to the people we license it from. Unlocking an episode buys you the right to watch it inside ReelTori, on your own device, for your own enjoyment. It does not make it yours.
You may not:
- Download, record, screen-capture, re-upload or re-sell any episode
- Show episodes publicly or charge other people to watch them
- Get around the coin system, the ad limits or any other restriction in the app, or help anyone else to
- Take the app apart, repackage it, or use an automated tool to farm coins or rewards
- Pretend to be us, or use the ReelTori name as if it were yours
We may suspend or close an account that does these things. Where we believe reward coins were obtained by cheating the system, we may remove those coins. We will not remove coins you actually paid for.
Ads
Reward ads are how ReelTori stays free to use for people who cannot pay. Watching one is always your choice. The ads come from Google AdMob, we do not choose which ones you see, and we are not responsible for what an advertiser says. Watching your own ads repeatedly, or using any tool to fake ad views, is fraud against the advertiser and will get the account closed.
Availability
We will try to keep ReelTori working, but we do not promise it will be available without interruption. We add and remove stories, change prices and change features. An episode may stop being available if a licence ends. Nothing here is a promise that any particular story will stay in the app.
Our responsibility to you
ReelTori is entertainment, provided as it is. To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect losses — lost time, lost data, lost earnings — arising from using the app. Where we are liable, our total liability is limited to what you have actually paid us in the twelve months before the problem arose.
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including for fraud or for death or personal injury caused by negligence.
Ending it
You may stop using ReelTori at any time, and you may ask us to delete your account — see the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or end your access if you break these terms. If we close your account for breaking them, unspent coins are not refunded.
Changes
We may change these terms. The date at the top always says when they last changed. If a change materially affects what you have paid for, we will tell you inside the app.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, and disputes belong to the Nigerian courts. If you live elsewhere, this does not take away any right you have under the mandatory consumer law of your own country.
